Our partner Lady Lori owns, operates and services an extensive range of modern and immaculately maintained aircraft which provide safe and efficient logistical solutions for a multitude of client requirements. With an emphasis on privacy, security and long term value, we pride ourselves on a commitment to safety, quality, efficiency and reliability.

We have a comprehensive network of assets throughout North East and sub Saharan Africa and employ a continual audit programme of all our divisions, with biannual refresher and recurrence courses conducted by factory pilots for all our flight crew. We are also ISO 9001:2008 certified in Quality Management Systems with 3 members of staff certified as Quality Management Systems Auditors and we are well on course to achieving ISO 14001:2004, Environment.

As well as our fixed wing aircraft, with 2 x B4's and 3 x B3's we currently operate one of the most modern and well maintained Eurocopter fleets in the Southern Hemisphere whilst our team of highly qualified, experienced and motivated individuals are industry leaders in their respective fields. Our pilots also represent some of the most highly qualified and experienced in the region, which enables them to operate in most of the demanding conditions that the varied and challenging environments of the region have to offer.

Our operations department is equipped with a comprehensive communications, weather & co-ordination network, comprising of desk & laptop computers, office telephones, mobile & high end satellite phones, VHF radios and real time, web streaming, satellite tracking and monitoring systems.

Lady Lori also boasts an excellent working relationship with the regions many centres of government and administration, enabling us to facilitate virtually any special operational client requirement. We ensure all flight and maintenance operations are planned and carried out in accordance with all the ICAA (International Civil Aviation Authority) and country specific recommendations and requirements.

Our client list includes top government officials, corporate, exploration & mining, cargo & freight (includes Long-lining), tourism, Medivac, banking, non-government organisations and we operate airport & city shuttle services.

Due to the size of our fleet, we are able to offer substantial asset support and our Client Service Centre provides a central point of contact for all charter requests, thus providing the necessary logistical support with which to consistently deliver a truly bespoke service.
